Over the last 12 months, we have provided access to an Employee Assistance Programme as part of our Offer and we are pleased to be able to confirm that this will continue in 2020/21. This means that if your school is a member of the MSA, ALL of your staff are able to access the following for FREE;

  • A 24-hour telephone support service offering practical information and emotional support on areas such as family issues, bereavement, trauma, relationship issues, stress related conditions, medical information, money management & debt support and more.
  • Up to 6 structured telephone counselling sessions, per issue, for each employee and their partner, spouse and dependants (if aged 16-24 and in FT education)
  • Up to 6 face to face counselling sessions, per issue for each employee including CBT.
  • Access to extensive wellbeing resources through an online health portal including 4-week programmes, videos, webinars and access to a health e-hub mobile app.
