Employee Assistance Programme

ALL staff within your school will receive access to an EAP. This includes:

• a 24-hour telephone counselling and advice support service
• up to 6 structured telephone counselling sessions, per issue, for each employee and their partner, spouse and dependants (16-24 in FT education) in a 12 month period.
• up to 6 face to face counselling sessions, per issue for each employee in a 12 month period.
• legal advice and support
• access to over 30 CBT programmes including anxiety, panic, phobia, chronic pain and menopause
• access to extensive wellbeing resources through the ‘My Healthy Advantage’ app including 4 weekly programmes, mini health checks, webinars and podcasts.

To purchase access to this directly from Health Assured, it would cost schools approximately £15 per member of staff.
