The aim of the session is to provide time and space for Manchester headteachers to consider their own wellbeing. During the morning there will be input from Ros McMullen. Ros has been a LA secondary head, academy principal, executive principal and CEO and more recently co-founded the support service ‘Headrest.’ She has over 20 years’ experience of leadership in challenging circumstances and has worked as a National Leader of Education.
