‘Managing Complaints’ Governor Session

Wednesday 25th January 2023, 5.30-8pm via Zoom

FREE to MSA Members, this session will explore the issue of school complaints including what the governing body’s responsibilities are, what a complaints procedure should include and what publishing it means,  how much information governors should have about complaints, what the role of the headteacher is and what the role of the governors is,  what complaints hearings are and how they should be conducted and what the potential outcomes of a complaint are and what avenues are available for appeals.
