Managing Parental Complaints

Friday 1st March 2024, 10am – 12pm at Hough End/ GMP Sports Club.

Interacting with parents is fundamental for any school from day-to-day queries to formal complaints. Complaints are increasing in frequency and complexity with senior leaders devoting significant time to their resolution. This morning session will provide tips for general good practice along with how to resolve issues in a timely fashion, whilst deriving organisational learning. The more complex issues of children with special needs, safeguarding concerns, family disputes and vexatious complaints will also be discussed by One Education HR.
