The MSA has arranged the first two in what will become a series of engagement and development sessions for Governors. The ‘Gov Meets’ will provide Governors across the City with the opportunity to network, discuss issues and increase their understanding of particular areas of governance. The first two are taking place in November:
Gov Meet – ‘ Getting to Good’ – A chance to find out more about how to secure a good Ofsted outcome
Nov 13th – 6pm-7.30pm – Green End Primary School, Burnage Lane, Burnage, M19 1DR
Gov Meet – ‘Becoming a National Leader of Governance (NLG)’ – A chance to meet the Manchester NLGs to find out about the national programme and how to attain NLG status to offer coaching and support to Chairs of Governors.
Nov 26th – 6pm-7pm – Chorlton High School, Nell Lane, Manchester, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, M21 7SL
