During this afternoon session, Allan Torr (education consultant and current Ofsted inspector) will provide an overview of what it means to be an effective DT Lead. He will look at the skills and knowledge middle leaders need to have and give a summary of the national picture as well as look at the Ofsted expectations of a subject lead. This will also be an opportunity to meet and connect with other DT Leads from across the city.
