Tuesday 1st July 2025.
Working in partnership with the University of Manchester Science & Engineering in Education Innovation Hub, the MSA has set-up a Manchester Science Lead Network.
The Network welcomes new and established Primary Science Subject Leaders of all experience levels to share and improve practice, providing a unique opportunity to speak with other Subject Leaders in your area about the issues that are affecting each of you. Expert-led professional development inputs will support you with up-to-date issues, skills and resources.
Network schools also get access to fully funded SEERIH CPD offers, SEERIH Teacher Champion Development Programme, a priority invite to UoM Great Science Schools event, GM bursaries, invites to projects such as the Royal Society Partnership, Grants and free places on the annual Primary Science Conference.
Expectations of attending the network include engaging with pre-course tasks/reading and submitting your response to a Gap Task. This is a compulsory element of the network to ensure the CPD is meaningful and impactful.
Subsidised by MSA, this costs just £50 per year to join.
Details on how to book will follow shortly.
